Payment in full to be paid to Denise Hagon on placing on order, unless
agreed otherwise. Invoices are enclosed with the goods
and/or sent by email. Payment is by cheque, bank
transfer or online
with a debit or credit card through PayPal. Payment by
cash can be made if collecting in person; please do not
send cash in the post. Work will begin when cheques have
cleared or transfer payments have been received. If a
balance is payable, this is paid on collection or if the
order is delivered by post, within 7 days of receipt.

Spelling and grammar checking of the names and
text you supply is your responsibility. The names and/or
text you supply will be used precisely, so please check
everything through carefully. Names or text
supplied by you should be typewritten if possible. All
proofs must be confirmed and sample designs approved by
you before printing and handcrafting is undertaken.
Design, spelling or wording changes requested after work
has begun will incur a charge. Changes to spelling or
wording shall be made in writing/by email and signed and
dated. Amendments, additions or replacements required
due to your oversight will be charged for, plus any
delivery cost. Any errors by Denise Hagon will be
corrected free of charge. You are responsible for
checking through your completed order (wording, names,
addresses, etc) before sending to recipients. Should you delay, suspend or
cancel you order, Denise Hagon will be entitled to
payment for all work completed and/or expenses incurred
in relation to your order up to that point. Denise Hagon
reserves the right to delay, suspend or cancel an order.
Slight variation between finished items should be
expected as a natural characteristic of a handmade
object. All items should be ordered at the same time if
possible, as continuity of design or materials cannot be
guaranteed for orders placed in stages. All sketches
or samples supplied to you shall be returned so that
your chosen design can be accurately represented in the
final work. Materials may vary and are subject to
availability. Sizes may differ to a small degree after
trimming. Designs, photographs and descriptions featured
on this website and supplied to you are intended for
guidance only and are approximate indications of design,
colour and size.
Delivery is primarily by Royal Mail Special
Delivery next· day guaranteed before 1pm unless otherwise agreed.
All orders are carefully packaged (with recycled
packaging where possible) and no responsibility is
accepted for goods lost, damaged or delayed during
delivery. It is advised that framed pieces are collected in person.
Ownership of goods supplied is retained by Denise
Hagon until full payment has been received. Denise Hagon
shall be entitled to request the return of the goods
until such time.
Guarantee of a full refund if, for any reason you
are not completely satisfied with your final order on
return of the goods within 30 days. All items should be
examined on receipt. Written notification should be made
of any apparent defect, damage or shortage and the
defective items returned within 30 days for a
replacement or refund.
